The sales of the products displayed on this website are not usually made directly by the manufacturer (it usually delivers only to commercially accepted companies) but by the commercial companies it accepts for the distribution of Detech products. Your order will be made available to commercially accepted companies. Next, it will be accepted and honored by one of them. The supplier company data will appear on the invoice of the product.
II. Nature and circumstances of this representation
This representation for international users of Detech users does not refer to a conventional entity, its registered office, stock, shop or workstation geographically positioned in one country or in the meaning of one country’s tax regulations. It’s just a virtual representation, a way for you to place orders for Detech products, and they will be sent to Detech’s accepted distribution companies (hereafter referred to as “accepted companies”).
This is an independent website and it does not belong to the manufacturer of the products or to any company. Consultants operating this website are not responsible for the relationship between you and the supplying companies as neither the manufacturer nor the supplying companies are responsible for the relationship between you and the representatives of this website. This website does not make sales itself but only allows placing orders that it transmits further into a virtual environment where they can be seen and accepted by the commercial companies accepted by the manufacturer for the distribution of Detech products.
Since the metal detecting community gave multiple signals of interest and appreciation to Detech products (sold and dispatched to many countries via various sources more or less agreed by the producer), it was found that an effective resource was needed, in order to facilitate an efficient communication, accessible to the public. The people acting for this website, specialists in Detech products and metal detecting, are not employees of the manufacturer or of the accepted companies, but they operate independently, mainly on the basis of their expertise and passion for metal detection. They have at their disposal Detech products and related documentation, those means that enabled them to acquire a good knowledge of Detech products and to present them independently. Their activity does not create rights and obligations between you and the manufacturer or accepted companies. Those may only arise from the business relationship between you and the manufacturer (if applicable) or the accepted companies (the ones that will directly supply the goods). The website’s cosultants can also give you high-level technical assistance or assist you in making the right choice for the product that best suits your needs and possibilities or for using the products or solving any problems.
Although the quality and reliability of Detech products is particularly high, if, sometimes, technical, service or warranty issues occur, you can call with the utmost confidence on our consultants (we invite you to use the contact section of this website). They can assist and help you to quickly resolve any matters related to Detech products.
As for the warranty, this issue is taken very seriously. Detech is definitely the manufacturer who quickly solves any possible warranty issues. This means that, at Detech, the customer does not have to wait a long time to enjoy the purchased product again. The average repair time for warranty issues is approx. 7 days after the product arrived to the repair facility. Any inconvenience can be solved efficiently and quickly!
III. Standard procedure:
Following orders placed via this website, the products are delivered to customers directly from Bulgaria via the accepted companies that receive these orders.
All Detech products are usually always in stock, in sufficient quantities. Inventory interruptions are rare and can take up to a few days to go out of the production line of stockpiles.
The prices displayed on the website are final prices, with all taxes, transportation costs to any destination in Europe being also included in the prices displayed on the website. For other destinations, please contact us so that we can ask an accepted company to verify and communicate the shipping charges.

IV. Documents and documentation
Products are delivered with tax invoices containing the supplier’s data, the buyer’s data, the product name, the product’s serial number, the supplier’s stamp and signature. Attention is paid to all the details necessary for metal detecting licenses as required by any national law as long as customers outpoint that to us (please let us know, before ordering, about the licensing requirements you may encounter in your country in order for us to be able to assist you with the necessary documents).
Any particular authorization or customs/fiscal conditions/fees that may occur in the buyer’s country or in the destination country are not to opposed to us or to the supplying company, nor can we or a supplying company be held responsible for such matters, expenses, loss or local/destination matters. Before ordering, each customer should take his/hers own precautions and information regarding/related to the situation in the delivery or destination country.
Metal detectors are delivered as standard, together with the user manual in English.
V. Payment methods, deadlines and delivery methods
Unfortunately, there is no postal or courier service that has reasonable costs for delivering to international destinations and accepts cash on delivery.
Thus, for orders and deliveries to all other countries except Romania and Bulgaria, payment will be made in advance via Paypal or bank transfer.
Products are mailed using the Bulgarian postal service shipping system standard / non-priority or similar time to price ration Bulgarian courier company (Speedy, DPD etc.), usually in two working days from receiving payment (slight delays in shipping can occur if receiving payment is done outside office hours in the working day or, Exceptionally, delays of several days arising from contingencies).
Transport time using the Bulgarian Post and couriers varies, usually 5-9 business days (for destinations in the EU) and 10-20 days (for destinations outside the EU or on other continents). For deliveries to very distant destinations (such as the US, Japan, Africa, South America etc.), delivery is done via Priority Airmail Post Bulgarian to reduce transport time.
The customer can suggest delivery options like international courier, but the additional costs generated will be incurred and paid in advance by the customer. Please note: the cost of delivery via an international courier can exceed the cost of the goods!
Postage costs using the Bulgarian Post standard / non-priority shipping system and similar courier companies are included in the prices listed on the website for destinations in Europe or Bulgaria’s neighboring countries.
Please note: in countries where there are national distributors who benefit from territorial exclusivity, deliveries can be made only to buyers with Romanian or Bulgarian nationality. In order to avoid unpleasant situations, when you want delivery to other countries and you do not have one of these two nationalities, please contact us prior to placing the order on the website, to communicate whether or not Detech has a territorial exclusive distributor in your country (not all distributors have exclusive territorial status, but if there is an exclusive Detech distributor in your country, we will direct you to that one).
VI. Warranty
The warranty for Detech products purchased after placing an order on this website is granted at manufacturer’s headquarters in Bulgaria, Shoumen. Shipping costs and product shipping methods for interventions or replacements while under warranty, are customer’s responsibility. Products repaired or replaced in warranty and are sent back to the client, at Detech’s expense, via courier or standard / non-priority postal service, depending on each situation.
Warranty for all Detech products is 2 years from the acquisition date.
Warranty is transferable with change of ownership of a Detech product within warranty, without extending the original warranty.
Factors that invalidate the warranty are the same common sense ones as for any other electronic product. Among these we list the following: improper use or misuse, mechanical factors (hitting, breaking, falling etc.), chemical factors (interactions with various chemicals), the oxidation-fading-skinning, peeling due to use or improper storage conditions, immersion or exposure to weather (coils are waterproof but the electronic control units and detectors are not waterproof; seams and joints can lock from water, mud, etc.), changes to products, repair interventions on products made outside the factory, tampering with the electronic control units cases or cables, connectors / plugs and coil electronic modules, breaking / removing seals, tampering with access and / or control screws etc.
As we have stated above, Detech takes any aspect of warranty very seriously. This certainly is the manufacturer that quickly resolves any warranty problems. That means the customers do not have to wait a long time to enjoy again the products they purchased. Average warranty repair time is about 7 days after the factory receives your product. Any inconvenience is solved quickly and efficiently!

VII. Clarifications, claims, disputes, jurisdiction, applicable law, trial language

a. It is recommended to always try to regulate any possible claims and disputes amicably, between the customer and the supplier.
b. However, in case a dispute arises, any litigation will be judged by the law of the country of the supplying company (usually Bulgaria), by the court that is competent at its headquarters and in the language of that country.
c. Civil and commercial relationships, payments, deliveries and any legal issues related to those are governed by the law of the supplying company’s country (usually Bulgaria).
d. Communication between us and you are valid only in Romanian, English, French and Bulgarian. Although, if needed, we can respond to emails in other languages (available for customers from other countries), our communications have bargaining power only when made in one of the four above-mentioned languages.
e. The language of this website is English. Customers who do not speak English have the obligation, before ordering or paying for products on this website, to secure through their own means, a complete and correct translation of this section, and the contents of the site. We are not responsible for any translation or communication errors due to incorrect or insufficient understanding of this section or any part of the contents of this website. Translation applications and software (including online applications like Google Translate) are not precise enough, so we do not accept any responsibility regarding the translation inaccuracies or faulty translation and understanding arising from the use of these applications and software.
f. Customers who are individuals in the European Union (who have the quality of consumers according to European legislation), if the consumer protection legislation applicable to their transaction (made following placing an order on this website) will mandatory require , at the time of the transaction, other aspects than those listed above, they are entitled to benefit from them. The owners and consultants of this website are not employees or representatives of the supplying companies, but they are only consultants on the presentation, applicability and use of Detech products as well as for providing technical information on product diagnosis and warranty coverage. For any claims and information regarding the exercise of rights conferred by consumer protection laws applicable at the time of the transaction, the buyer must contact the supplier company, according to the contact details on the invoice.
